The new owners of the business will assume full ownership rights to the domain names (waxbright.co.uk and waxbright.com and brightwax.co.uk), the business name (WaxBright), this website, all technical details of production and all special tools, all copyright material, materials suppliers lists, customer list, and training during hand-over (assuming 3 full days).
The production side of the business requires surprisingly little space and few tools, nothing that could not be done to begin with in a double garage or small workshop. Your hours are your own, all sales are internet based. You will need a computer etc. and would need to be fairly capable with your hands and tools, but full training can be given.
This is an opportunity to take up a ready made business with very low overheads at a very modest price which could be run from home (or commercial premises if you wanted). No special skills or knowledge required but some knowledge of the internet and web page authoring would be a benefit (we can help with this to get you started if need be). All existing stock to be purchased at cost but we are running stock levels down as low as possible. Buyer responsible for any legal fees associated with transfer of ownership (this will mainly consist of domain transfer fees and any legal fees incurred if you choose to use a solicitor).
Potential buyers will need to sign a non-disclosure guarantee before being given access to any commercially sensitive information to protect current and future owners rights. We would prefer a UK based buyer because of the difficulties involved with long distance meetings etc. but will consider anyone who is prepared to cover the distance.
